Blackened Burger topped with Roasted Red Peppers, 'Angry' Onions, Pepperjack Cheese, Creole Mustard Sauce and Cabbage-Carrot Mix on a Jalapeno-Cornmeal Kaiser Roll.
(The kitchen was out of the Cabbage-Carrot Mix, so it was substituted with Lettuce.)
